Course Introduction

In this short course, we’ll take you through the key topics you’ll need to consider when operating on social on behalf of a healthcare organization. By the end of the course, you’ll gain an understanding of what it means to be social media compliant in healthcare, how to implement a social governance and crisis management plan, create important policy documents, and build a more engaged and diverse community.
